About my Practice
I am an integrative therapist. I intertwine elements from various psychotherapy approaches depending on what will suit the client’s needs and when; meaning I also work pluralistically. I view the client as a ‘whole’ and provide a safe and empowering space for clients to feel heard and valued. My style is ultimately relational which makes me perceptive but also enables my curiosity to challenge the client. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my therapy practise, incorporating various models whilst keeping person-centred principles as the core. I implement trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practise. I have experience working with individuals of trauma, young people, additional needs and carers.
